Conference in Bar, Montenegro
The presidents and leading employees of the project partners from all six project countries came together in Montenegro for an active exchange about their organizations, about the problems for female entrepreneurs and about the further development as a whole and for the individual associations in Bar.
Ralf Hellrich, Managing Director of HWK Koblenz, led the discussion. In an introduction, he presented the impressive breadth and diversity of the tasks and services of self-governing bodies of the economy.
Special emphasis was placed on successful political dialog and efficient representation of the interests of female entrepreneurs.
As one participant remarked, this current picture for Germany is still a long way off for most of the project partners.
In a discussion about the goals for the future, however, concrete paths and steps for further development of the partner organizations were also discussed.
The general wish was expressed that the Koblenz Chamber of Skilled Crafts should continue to use its expertise to support the women’s business associations from the Western Balkans and Ukraine on this path.
The Koblenz Chamber of Skilled Crafts would benefit from its many years of project experience and knowledge of the region.
The aim of all partners is to establish a stable network of all partner associations, which would be a major gain for female entrepreneurs in the region.
