Establishment of an international pool of experts for vocational training issues as part of the project
Vocational education and training is a key factor for economic success, especially in the SME sector. In addition, the topic is becoming more and more relevant when you think of the shortage of skilled workers or the emigration of young people from the project countries.
It is therefore a concern of economic self-governments to deal with this area to support their member companies.
With the aim of making an adequate contribution in the interests of their members, especially with limited resources, it was decided to set up a pool of proven experts in vocational training as part of the project. The experts are to advise the partner associations with their know-how in designing their commitment.
The experts signed a MoU. An initial program for their work is already available.
They will deal with topics relating to the quality and form of the individual vocational training systems. Based on a comparative analysis, proposals are to be made for the exchange of best practice between the organizations.
Overall, the project partners should be equipped with expertise to support women entrepreneurs in political dialog and their work.
