For more than 3 years of the existence of the Project of the Chamber of Crafts of Koblenz, Germany aimed at the development and support of associations of businesswomen of the Western Balkans and Ukraine, the committee of businesswomen of the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry has significantly strengthened and started to act actively in several areas.
This is the training of businesswomen, expansion of their business contacts with businesswomen from other regions of Ukraine, cooperation with partner organizations of the Project – joint events and training, assistance in obtaining grants for business development, expansion of dialogue with state authorities and organizations.
We understand the importance of such Recommendations for Ukraine developed by our foreign partners, such as: ensuring gender equality in all areas of entrepreneurship and social development of society, providing financial support to enterprises owned by women (access to loans, subsidies, benefits), simplifying the conditions for opening and conducting business in general, modernization of state services through which control and regulation of business is carried out – and we are trying to develop the work of the committee in these areas.
We are sure that Ukraine will occupy a worthy position among European countries in many areas of digitalization and innovation of the economy in the near future. Especially now, when Ukraine is suffering from Russian aggression and violence, we value the human will and dignity like no one else. Just now, in this difficult time for our country, the development of women’s entrepreneurship is a trigger for the growth of Ukraine’s economy as a whole.
The last event of our committee held on 09.08.2024 – a training for business owners “Charisma and high sociability of a Leader – how it affects success in business”. This training was conducted by Yurii Riabytsa, a trainer of public speaking and communications in business, an actor of the film and theater of improvisation “Black Square”, an author of the courses “I SPEAK” and “IMPROVISATION IN BUSINESS AND NOT ONLY” which were attended by more than two thousand listeners.
